Question: Why should I store at Sav-On?

Answer:
There are many reasons. Here are just a few: we have 12 different sizes, so you’ll always be able to find the one you need; we offer the longest access hours in the area; our professional team is focused on providing the highest level of customer service and security, and all of our units are ground level with drive-up access.

Question: Is there a resident manager?

Answer:
Yes, our property manager lives onsite. That means our manager has over 900 garage doors to his home.

Question: How is Sav-On Storage different than other storage companies?

Answer:
Besides our on site manager and personal code gate access, we are the only location to offer vehicle recognition cameras that take a video of every license plate that enters our property. We keep your items protected with 32 security cameras constantly recording throughout the property. We are also the only location in our community to offer the 24/7 customer service kiosk for rentals or payments.

Question: Do I need a certain type of lock?

Answer:
Yes, we require either a Disc or Cylinder lock. You may bring your own or we have some available for purchase in our office, or at our 24 hour customer service kiosk.

Question: Do you offer climate-controlled storage?

Answer:
No, this location does not offer any climate-controlled storage.

Question: What are your access hours?

Answer:
You can physically access your storage 365 days a year between the hours of 4 a.m. – 7:45 p.m.

Question: What are your business hours?

Answer:
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday-Saturday, and we also have a customer service center kiosk that is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Question: Do you have dollies for use?

Answer:
Yes, we provide dollies for use within the property free of charge. They are not permitted offsite. A valid ID is required to check them out for use.

Question: Can I change storage areas during the rental period?

Answer:
Yes, you can always change storage sizes during your rental period if you need more or less space.

Question: How far in advance do I have to tell you I’m vacating?

Answer:
We ask for a 7-day notice.

Question: What are the lease terms?

Answer:
Our rentals are month-to-month, billed on the same day you rent. That means if you rent your unit on the 12th of the month, your future payments will be due on the 12th of each month.

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer:
We accept cash, checks, money orders, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. However, for your first payment checks are not accepted. You can make payments online, over the phone, at our 24 hour customer service kiosk, or in person during our office hours! Please ask about our credit card auto-pay program!

Question: Why should I consider auto-pay?

Answer:
When you sign up for our auto-pay program, your payments are automatically deducted from your checking account every month. You’ll never run the risk of forgetting to make a payment. Think of it as a “no late fee guarantee.”

Question: Do you offer military discounts?

Answer:
Yes, we offer military discounts as well as other benefits for active-duty military personnel. Ask our manager for more details.

Question: Do I get anything if I refer someone to you?

Answer:
Yes, we have a referral program that rewards you sending new customers to us. You can earn up to $50 off one month’s rent for each referral who rents from us—and there’s no limit to the number of people you can refer.

Question: Do you offer a protection plan and if so, why should I consider it?

Answer:
Yes, we offer a protection plan that covers stored items up to $2,500 with no deductible. For just $10 a month, you gain additional peace of mind.

Question: Do you have pest control?

Answer:
Yes, we have pest control service once a month.

Question: Why should I rent a postal box at Sav-On instead of at the post office?

Answer:
We offer a full-service postal acceptance package. Get your mail, FedEx and UPS packages here for just the cost of a mailbox. It’s fast and easy.

Question: If storing a vehicle, should I fill my fuel tank?

Answer:
Yes, filling your fuel tank will help prevent moisture from forming in your tank and fuel lines.

Question:Do you offer military, emergency personnel or senior discounts

Answer:
Yes, we offer 10% off for Military or emergency personnel, as well as for seniors.

Question: Are there things I should not be storing?

Answer:
Nothing live, flammable, toxic or hazardous, as well as no food, weapons, drugs or alcohol.
